Martin Avellaneda is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (FL), as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor (OR), located in Central Florida. Martin received his Master’s in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from the University of Central Florida. Martin is a cultural sensitive, sex-positive, kink allied, and polyamory/ENM affirming therapist. Martin has extensive work experience with addictions, trauma, and life stress.

Clients explore their past to gain an understanding of what has molded them into the person they are today. Martin invites client’s to express who they wish to be, and assists in shaping themselves into the person they want to become. Martin provides evidence-based techniques in supporting his clients’ needs.
Martin’s therapeutical approach is inviting and direct. Martin utilizes motivational interviewing to encourage clients in pursuing their life goals. Martin utilizes parts work in resolving internal conflicts clients may hold. Martin is dedicated to providing high quality counseling sessions to all clients.
