About Me as a Supervisor
I'm Cub Larkin, M.S., LMHC, LCPC, LPC, NCC, CCMHC, the Clinical Director of Inclusive Therapy Group, a 100% telehealth practice specializing in affirming care for LGBTQIA+, kink, polyamorous, and consensually non-monogamous (CNM) communities. I'm certified in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and I bring nearly 30 years of professional experience from a prior career in IT before becoming a therapist.
My supervision style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe supervision should feel like mentorship, not a checkbox.

FAQ
RMHCI Supervision FAQ
What is an RMHCI in Florida?
An RMHCI is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern: a counselor with a master's degree who is registered with the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling and is completing supervised clinical experience toward becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). An intern registration is valid for five years and cannot be renewed.
How much supervision does an RMHCI need for LMHC licensure in Florida?
The Florida Board requires two years of post-master's supervised experience under a Board-approved Qualified Supervisor, including at least 100 hours of supervision over no less than 100 weeks, 1,500 hours of face-to-face psychotherapy with clients, and at least one hour of supervision every two weeks.
When do supervised hours start counting toward licensure?
Supervised experience counts only after your intern registration has been issued and the Board has approved your Qualified Supervisor. That's why supervision here is listed as coming soon: my Qualified Supervisor approval is being finalized, and I'll let everyone on the interest list know as soon as spots open.
What is triadic supervision?
Triadic supervision is one supervisor meeting with two supervisees in the same session. It's a great way to learn alongside a peer, hear different perspectives on cases, and make supervision more affordable.
How much does RMHCI supervision cost?
Individual supervision (one supervisee) is $175 per session. Triadic supervision (two supervisees) is $85 per supervisee, per session.
Is supervision online?
Yes. All supervision sessions will take place via secure, HIPAA-compliant video, so you can meet from anywhere in Florida.
